The Law Office of Donald R. Routhier was established more than twenty years ago.  Our firm is dedicated to represent you zealously, competently and with sensitive integrity. We are a small office that prides ourselves on the personal service we provide to our clients and we carry a high reputation for our standards in helping people.

The firm specializes in car accident and other personal injury cases. We also conduct a general practice of law involving probate of estates, wills and powers of attorney, real estate matters particularly pertaining to manufactured housing, landlord and tenant matters and family law.

We provide free initial consultations to all our clients. If we determine that you have an automobile accident or other personal injury case then our fees are limited to a percentage of the amount recovered.  There are no attorney fees unless we recover financial compensation for you.  We welcome the opportunity to talk to you about your case.

Donald R. Routhier


Donald R. Routhier has more than 20 years experience  as a trial lawyer. A native of Somersworth, New Hampshire he graduated from the University of New Hampshire and Franklin Pierce Law School.

Attorney Routhier served as legal counsel for the New Hampshire Mobilehome Tenants Association for many years. He pioneered the legal and financial concepts to enable residents to purchase their own manufactured housing parks.  He has also lectured around the country to teach other state organizations how to organize residents to enable them to purchase manufactured housing parks.

He is a former professor of criminal law at Hawthorne College and formally served as a prosecutor.  He is also certified by the United States Library of Congress as a legislative researcher.

Attorney Routhier worked as a legislative aide at the United States Capital in Washington, D.C. for a former Congressman from New Hampshire. He was responsible for the Congressman’s legislative activities pertaining to his committee assignments on the Banking and Housing Committee and the Merchant Marine and Fisheries Committee.

Attorney Routhier is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire, Maine and the Federal Courts.  He is a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, New Hampshire Bar Association and the Maine Bar Association.

ROBERT M. WALSH

Robert M. Walsh has more than 25 years experience as a trial lawyer. A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, he graduated from Colby College and Suffolk Law School. He also received a doctorate in taxation from Northeastern School of Law.

Attorney Walsh is a very experienced trial attorney who has tried hundreds of cases before juries during his legal career.  He is a former trial attorney for a prestigious medical malpractice firm in Boston, Massachusetts.  He is also a former Assistant County Attorney for Hillsborough County.

Attorney Walsh is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and the Federal Courts. He is a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, New Hampshire Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association
